Ask RouteStackerAI (your built-in assistant)
Ask questions in plain English — it can also make changes for you after you say OK.
Click the robot button in the top bar to open RouteStackerAI. Type (or speak) a question the way you'd ask a coworker.
Things you can ask
- "How much did we make last month?"
- "Who hasn't paid yet?"
- "Add Maria to the team as a field tech."
- "Turn on rain delay for lawn care."
- "Refund the Johnsons' last payment."
- "Invoice Ada $45 for a gate repair." (She's emailed the pay link, due on her usual payment terms.)
- "Ada paid her bill by check #1042." (Recorded as a check payment, just like Record on the Billing page.)
When you ask it to do something, it shows you exactly what it's about to change and waits for you to press Confirm. Nothing changes until you say so.
Good to know: Never type a credit card number into the chat. The assistant can only charge cards that are already saved on file.
